Pure Steam Generator

Compact electric steam generators of the Steamboy series are available in different sizes from 9 – 78kW. As standard, the units have a maximum operating temperature of 155°C; at an operating pressure of 5.5bar (abs). Optionally, a pressure increase to 8 bar or partially to max. 20 bar is also possible.

Centrifugal Dryer

centrifugal dryers of the ZT series are available in 2 basic versions. They can be loaded horizontally or vertically. Various nacelles can be suspended in the suspension of the rotor. Thus it is possible to load different containers, sometimes on several levels.

Conditioning Plants

Conditioning of polyamide plastics with steam. The water absorption changes positively the properties of polyamide parts. Components can be assembled immediately after the conditioning process. Conditioning results in a high quality of the products. The vacuum-steam process ensures that the moisture penetrates quickly and evenly into the pores of the plastic. The storage costs as well as the throughput times in the entire production process are reduced.
